How we use your information
VistaMax Consultants uses information you choose to submit through this website to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the service you are asking about, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
Information you may provide
The enquiry form may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, selected service, optional destination, document type when relevant, and a short message. It may also record the route-check summary, page, referrer and campaign tags attached to your visit.
The site also records limited first-party interaction events such as WhatsApp and phone clicks, form starts, successful submissions and service-interest clicks. These events include the page, service or button location, referrer and campaign tags where available. They do not include the WhatsApp message text, phone number entered in the form or submitted message.
Do not submit passport numbers, bank records, passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive documents through the public website form.
Who receives the information
Submitted enquiries are stored in VistaMax’s Supabase database and handled by the VistaMax team. Vercel operates the website. A dedicated Google Sheet may be used as a secondary operational copy when its secure connection is enabled. We do not sell personal information.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, continue the requested service, maintain business records or meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact VistaMax to ask about the personal information connected to your enquiry, request a correction, or request deletion where retention is not required.
External services
Links to WhatsApp take you to a service operated by another company. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
